Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Scalable Acceleration website and to the services Scalable Acceleration, Inc. (“we”, “us”) provides (the “Services”). If your company has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms. By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Services

We provide the Services to businesses and may change them over time.

Your account and permissions

• You can sign up on your own, also for your work. Connect only accounts you are allowed to use. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may act for it.
• When you connect an account, you let the Services act within the access you grant. You can remove that access at any time.
• Keep your accounts secure, and tell us promptly at support@scalableacceleration.com about misuse.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to:

• break the law, your company's policies or the policies of services you connect;
• send spam, or harass, deceive or impersonate others;
• reach systems or data you are not authorized to reach;
• interfere with the Services, or try to get around their security limits.

Results

The Services can make mistakes. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for checking important work before you rely on it.

Your content

You keep your rights in your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Services, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Suspension and ending

You or your company can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect the Services or others. When you stop, we delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
