Privacy Policy

Scalable Acceleration, Inc. (“Scalable Acceleration”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and provides services to businesses (the “Services”). This policy says what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

The website has no accounts and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.

When you use the Services, we collect the information you or your company give us, such as names and email addresses, and information from accounts you choose to connect, within the access you grant.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Services, to keep them secure and working, and to improve them. To improve the Services, our staff and our AI systems review records of the work the Services did, the feedback people gave, and the recordings people agreed to make, and we use what we learn to improve how the Services work. We do not use Google user data for this.

We do not train AI models on your information. The AI providers that process it for us may not use it to train their models. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Scalable Acceleration's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our staff do not read Google user data unless you agree, it is needed for security (for example, to investigate a bug or abuse) or to comply with law, or it is aggregated and anonymized for our internal operations. We transfer it in a merger or acquisition only with your explicit consent.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that run the Services for us, under contracts that limit their use of it; with the services you connect, as you direct; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.

Security and retention

We protect information with reasonable safeguards. We keep it while you use the Services. When you or your company stop using them, we delete it, except that we may keep AI coworker activity records and data derived from recordings for business purposes, such as running, securing and improving the Services. We may keep information that no longer identifies you or your company, other than Google user data, to improve our products.

Your choices

You can remove our access to an account you connected at any time in that account's settings. To ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, write to support@scalableacceleration.com.

Children

The Services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we tell you before it takes effect.
